The Terrace Function Rooms
The Terrace function rooms overlook the sensational 18th green and expansive Sanctuary Lake.
The Terrace function room can be divided into 3 sections. Each of these rooms has access to the outdoor balcony where your guest can relax and enjoy the fresh air while overlooking the lake. Terrace 1 has a gas fire place that keeps you and your guests warm during the colder months. For presentations Terrace 1 has a 50 inch Sharp Plasma TV, ensuring your presentation will be seen in style. A parquetry dance floor can be added, should you require it for your special occasion.
A range of configurations are available for up to 120 seated guests or 200 cocktail guests
Lakeview Room
The jewel in the crown. With views expanding over the 18th fairway and lake, the Lakeview Room caters up to 45 for a sit down dinner or 70 for a cocktail. The terrace opens the room up to the estate and takes in the views.
The Lakeview Room is perfectly suited for:
- A day meeting
- Boutique celebration events
- Company presentations
- Wine tastings, dinners and launches
- A group booking for lunch or dinner
As evening draws upon, the room is magically transformed into a "romantic" dining room and offers a unique feel and vibe. The tea light candles create a warm atmosphere that lets you relax and enjoy the personalised service and dining experience.

The Boardroom
Located on the first floor, the Boardroom provides an ideal day use conference room up to 20 people. With its stunning views and natural light, the Boardroom is perfect for any smaller conference.
The Sanctuary Private Room
The private dining room and hospitality room is a unique feature and facility for the Lakeview Bistro & Lounge. Be it for a private dinner, a meeting up to 8 people or a hospitality room for the bride; patrons are guaranteed privacy and first class service.
